This was one of the first colors and styles of Avyn bras I bought, and this one is my favorite bra in the whole world. I love the color, and the back straps are so stylish and cute. I’ve been living in this bra for the last year, have washed and dried it many times, probably not per the instructions Bc I’m super lazy about laundry.) After a year of almost everyday wear, exercise, work, kid wrangling etc, it’s held up amazingly well, and I recently splurged and bought some more in both styles and colors since my Ayvn bras are all I wear anymore.
It’s the perfect everyday bra. I’m 5’10” w/ broad (athletic-ish) shoulders and average sized boobs for my size, usually wearing about a 38C, and typically wear a L in clothes, and can wear a L or XL in this bra. The XL straps can fall down, even on my long torso, so L fits a little better. I can see how a person with huge boobs might not be able to get a good fit, since you can’t cinch the straps down. Luckily these bras seem to be designed just for me! ;)
I’m still pregnant, but it’s so comfy that I can see myself wearing constantly when baby comes. It’s cute and I feel cute and feminine in it (which isn’t easy while also feeling like a whale ;P)
I wanted to love everything about this. A small, female run Portland company making nursing friendly sports bras. It ticked all the boxes for me. Unfortunately, the bra does not. I would not recommend this bra to anyone who may be at all busty (which is quite a few women nursing). I wore it today for the first time and all day I was constantly having to pull up the straps with my breasts falling out all over. I couldn’t even do very limited yoga exercise with it. This was my issue with all the cheaper sports bras and now I very much wish I won’t have spent the money on this more expensive sports bra that I hoped would be better. I did the measurements and bought an XL. This barely fits around my rib cage (I have it on the largest option) but my breast are falling out of it with how loose the shoulder straps are. Perhaps if the straps were adjustable it would be better. But since they don’t allow returns on already worn bras (which is the only way you’d know if this would work or not with the initial fit feeling good, it wasn’t until I tried doing daily life in it that I realized the bra sucked) I’m stuck with a $50 dollar sports bra that is just as bad as the cheap target and amazon ones I have been trying. And I felt I should leave an honest review here given how tight people’s budgets are in this pandemic time.
I bought this using the measurements that should have fit me, but I find myself falling out of it all the time. Without any way to adjust, I can't get it to fit in a flattering way. I love wearing it around the house, but wouldn't risk a nip slip by wearing it out.
I was gifted this bra while pregnant and since having my little guy it has been great for breastfeeding! It’s actually cute and convenient and although I can easily nurse my son I don’t *feel* like I’m wearing a nursing bra! The fabric is high quality and it makes your boobs look great 👍🏻
