If you have received damaged goods, or encountered a manufacturing default, please contact us directly at sales@shopavyn.com so we may personally sort out the issue with you. For all other returns see below.

REFUND POLICY: 
We get it. Sometimes things don't work out. If you're unhappy with the product for any reason, you may initiate a return at any time within 30 DAYS of receipt. All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of any odors and stains, with tags intact, to be eligible for a refund. Pro-tip: It is best to try on the merchandise after a shower, prior to applying deodorants, lotions, or perfumes. Any product received that is not in its original condition will be returned back to you 'as is', without reimbursement. Let's work together to ensure that either you, or another mom, ends up with a new, clean, and unworn bra. Win-win situation, right?

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS:

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS: 
1. To initiate the return or exchange process, send us an email at heygirlfriend@shopavyn.com. We will review your information and send you a link to print a return label. 
Please include the following information: 
-Name 
-Order # 
-Reason for Return (we value your feedback) 
-If exchanging for another product, please specify which color and size you would like to receive. If you have any questions about sizing, send us an email at heygirlfriend@shopavyn.com and we can troubleshoot with you to find your best fit.

2. Using the prepaid Return Shipping Label provided by our team, affix the label to the original packaging (yay for recycling) and send it off! Piece of cake. Mmmmm cake. 

3. Upon receipt of the product we will begin processing your return/exchange within 1-2 business days. For exchanges, we will create a new order and send the replacement product to you as promptly as possible! For returns, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. In the event of a discount, promotion or sale purchase, the purchased item will be refunded at the sale or discount price. 

 

FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

At this time we are unable to process exchange requests for Canadian orders due to the cost limitations with international shipping and the fact we're a small business. As a result, we have created the following steps to best support the exchange process. 

1. Email heygirlfriend@shopavyn.com to give us a heads up you'd like to initiate an exchange. We will email you a discount code for Free Shipping on your next order (we know shipping is expensive to Canada, so we'd like to meet you halfway). 

2. Mail the return product (at your expense) to the following address:

3. Create a new order using your discount code for Free Shipping (on us). 

 

RETURN PROCESS: 

1. Email heygirlfriend@shopavyn.com to let us know you'd like to return your product. 

2. Mail the return product to the following address:

3. Upon receipt of the product we will process your refund, less shipping fees.
