Tacos All Day, Every Day
We know Taco Tuesday is a real thing. Around here it's more like Taco Monday, Taco Tuesday, Taco Wednesday, you get the idea. Tacos are a staple in our house because they are quick, easy, and we usually have everything on hand to whip up something in a taco form. But to celebrate #NationalTacoDay we're sharing a few taco recipes that are making us rethink our boring, normal tacos.
Pretty sure I would eat these every night. I'm a big fan of shrimp tacos and according to the recipe, you only need 5 minutes of prep time and these babies are cooked up in 8 minutes! Which is probably about twice as long as they'll take to get in my belly.

Korean BBQ Tacos with Quick Kimchi
These make-ahead tacos are makin' my mouth water. And no one likes dry tacos so this delish Korean BBQ sauce is sure to be a crowd pleaser.

What taco list would be complete without some form of carne asada? They're the perfect, street-style taco you'll find in Mexico. Just add some avocado, onion, cheese and cilantro and you'll be picturing yourself on the beach with a margarita in hand.

Black Bean & Corn Tacos (and they're healthy)
Full disclosure - I'm not a big fan of cooking meat. Raw meat is a little intimidating and I don't trust myself to cook it properly, so these veggie tacos are calling my name! And most kids I know love corn, so this family-friendly meal is sure to be poppin' up around my house real soon.
You can find the recipe from Chelsea's Messy Apron here. And they're healthy so you can eat more :)
If you're a fan of Crack Chicken, it can only be better in a taco, right? Plus, the recipe calls for a Ranch drizzle so midwestern girls everywhere can rejoice! We're midwestern so we know...ranch is the secret to real happiness.
